Congratulations on making it to the USTA Jr. Team Tennis Sectional
Championships! In addition to scores and results, we are also interested
in learning more about the special human dynamics that make up your
team. Thinking of your team as a whole, or as individuals, please use
this form to describe experiences encountered on your road to the
Sectional Championships. This may be tennis related OR not. It may
include personal triumphs (ex. John Smith Overcomes Injury, Helps Team
Win Deciding Sectional Match), team glories (ex. Team Goes Door-to-Door
to Raise Enough Funds for Trip), fun facts (ex. Team Includes 3
Brother/Sister Siblings), significance of your team name or other.
If you would like your team to receive publicity and have information
about your team on our website, please complete this form and submit.
Forms must be submitted no later than Monday, August 18, 2008. Also, we
would like to attain a photo to accompany your story(s). If you have a
photo to share, please email to goddard@sta.usta.com
